HIV/AIDS 2 Year Certification Card
4 hour Continuing Education Units for CNA’s
The purpose of this course is to address the characteristics, transmission, history and classification associated with HIV infection and AIDS. Organism characteristics, pathophysiology, transmission, clinical manifestations, complications, treatment advancements, prevention, ethical and legal aspects of care, and workplace concerns are addressed. Upon successful completion of the course students receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate may also be applied for continuing education units by CNAs.
